A poultry slaughterhouse includes:

– A reception room for live animals (chickens, spent hens, etc)

– A slaughter room equipped with stunner, bleeding funnels, scalding tank, plucker, finishing rack (evisceration), trolleys.

– A storage (coldrooms), packing and shipment room.
