What is a broiler production record keeping template?

A chart for recording all production input metrics against their respective production outcomes throughout the broiler growing process, for a particular batch of birds.

The form should be completed for EVERY batch of broilers reared.

The chart also details incidences of mortality loss and presents an ROI-based, profit-focused economic summary in conclusion. It is used as a tool for assessing the economic performance and profitability of EVERY batch of birds grown at the farm.

With such historical records to hand – your management team are equipped, constantly with valuable production-based lessons learned offering precious clues for operational improvement to boost future performance and profits.

This chart spans the course of a 10 week maximum growing period, but you can flexibly use it to record growing periods less than 10 weeks as well.

There are 34 sections of this broiler production record template.
